Our Story
Founded in 2002 by J. Scott Stephens, Brunswick PT (formerly known as Carolina Rehabilitation) has grown from a single clinic to a trusted provider of outpatient physical and occupational therapy services across Brunswick and Duplin counties. In 2003, Scott Thomas, PT joined in the development and growth of Carolina Rehabilitation expanding within Brunswick County. Since our rebrand, we’ve focused on expanding our community-based, hands-on approach to care, providing top-tier therapy to patients of all ages and backgrounds.
With a team of highly skilled clinicians, we specialize in a wide range of services, from manual therapy and vestibular rehab to hand therapy and pediatric care. Our mission is to provide compassionate care that’s tailored to each individual’s needs, ensuring the best outcomes for every patient.
