We’re excited to welcome you to Brunswick PT Shallotte! To make your first visit as smooth as possible, we’ve provided all the information you’ll need to get started.

Meet the Area Director
Scott Thomas, PT
Scott Thomas, PT is the Area Director for Brunswick Physical Therapy and a founding member of the organization, serving the Brunswick County community since 2003.
Originally from South Wales, Scott earned his degree from Bradford University in 1991 and has spent his career pursuing advanced clinical training and specialization. His areas of expertise include spinal care through the McKenzie Method, vestibular and balance therapy, and Parkinson’s disease management through LSVT BIG.
He also holds certifications in ergonomics through the Back School of Atlanta and has specialized training in workplace injury treatment and functional capacity evaluations through the OccuPro system.
Scott is committed to delivering individualized, evidence-based care to help patients restore function, improve movement, and return to the activities that matter most.
