Meet the Clinic Director
Lucas Paggiaro Simoes PT, DPT, MSc
After graduating in Brazil in 2001 and gaining early experience in sports and orthopedic physical therapy, Lucas continued his professional development in the United States. From 2005 to 2008, he served as a Graduate Student Researcher in Pittsburgh while advancing his studies in musculoskeletal physical therapy.
Since 2008, Lucas has pursued extensive post-graduate training to refine his clinical expertise. He is certified in manual therapy and dry needling, completed a Fellowship with the American Academy of Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapists (AAOMPT) in 2016, and earned a certification in orofacial pain in 2022.
Lucas is also deeply committed to education and mentorship. From 2016 to 2022, he served as Adjunct Faculty and a teaching assistant in the Doctor of Physical Therapy program at Methodist University. He continues to teach and mentor residents across the country, with a focus on orthopedic conditions and manual therapy.
In 2022, Lucas returned to full-time outpatient practice, where he has helped thousands of patients reduce pain, restore function, and return to the activities that matter most to them.
