Meet the Clinic Director
Ananda Dakin, PT, DPT, OCS, SCS, CSCS
Ananda Dakin, PT, DPT, OCS, SCS, CSCS is a Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Orthopaedic and Sports Physical Therapy with over eight years of outpatient orthopedic experience.
She specializes in post-operative return to sport and high-performance rehabilitation. Ananda spent more than five years working exclusively with Tactical Athletes in the 82nd Airborne Division at Fort Bragg, where she helped elite service members optimize performance, recover from complex injuries, and return to duty at the highest level.
Her advanced training includes certifications in Trigger Point Dry Needling, lumbopelvic and spinal manipulation, Myofascial Decompression (cupping), soft tissue mobilization, Battlefield Acupuncture, Strength and Conditioning, and Blood Flow Restriction training. She combines hands-on treatment with intentional strength programming to restore mobility, build resilience, and deliver comprehensive musculoskeletal rehabilitation.
Ananda earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Drexel University and is deeply passionate about the science of human movement and helping patients return to the activities they love with confidence.
Outside the clinic, you’ll find her hiking, enjoying watersports, or lifting heavy circles in the gym.
