Meet the Clinic Director
Kaitlin Bailey, PT, DPT, FMS/SFMA-1, Cert. DN

Kaitlin Bailey, PT, DPT, FMS/SFMA-1, Cert. DN is a physical therapist dedicated to helping patients move better, recover confidently, and return to the activities they love.
A Wilmington native since the age of six, Kaitlin earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from the University of North Carolina Wilmington before receiving her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Old Dominion University in 2017.
Throughout her career in outpatient physical therapy, Kaitlin has treated a wide range of orthopedic, post-operative, return-to-sport, and neurological conditions. She has advanced training in Functional Movement Screen (FMS), Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA), and is certified in Dry Needling. By combining movement analysis with evidence-based treatment, she develops individualized plans that address the root cause of dysfunction while promoting long-term recovery and performance.
Kaitlin is excited to serve the Wilmington community by providing compassionate, patient-centered care and helping individuals achieve their goals with confidence.
Outside the clinic, she enjoys playing tennis as a member of the United States Tennis Association and exploring the outdoors with her dog, Frankie.
