Maryan Wicker, PT, DPT, COMT is a physical therapist with more than a decade of experience in outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation.

 

Originally from Alexandria, Egypt, Maryan moved to the United States in 1997 and grew up in northern New Jersey. She earned both her Bachelor of Science in Biology and Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Seton Hall University.

 

Since 2015, Maryan has specialized in outpatient orthopedics with advanced training in manual therapy, dry needling, cupping, and sports rehabilitation. She is also a Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist (COMT) and served as an Adjunct Professor at Seton Hall University for five years, helping educate and mentor future physical therapists.

 

Maryan is passionate about helping individuals reduce pain, restore function, and return to the activities that matter most to them. She considers physical therapy her life’s calling and finds the greatest reward in building meaningful relationships with patients throughout their recovery journey and celebrating their progress along the way.

 

Outside the clinic, Maryan enjoys reading, belly dancing, and spending time with family and friends at game nights.
