We’re excited to welcome you to Brunswick PT Southport! To make your first visit as smooth as possible, we’ve provided all the information you’ll need to get started.


Here’s what you can expect at your first visit:

  • A thorough evaluation with one of our experienced therapists

  • A discussion of your goals and treatment plan

  • Instructions on what to bring with you (insurance info, ID, etc.)
     

We’ve also provided necessary forms to complete ahead of time, so you can focus on your treatment when you arrive.
